Classic Caviar Service

Ingredients
- 50g Beluga or Osetra Caviar
- 4 blinis or toast points
- Crème fraîche or sour cream
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
- Lemon wedges
- Unsalted butter (optional)
Preparation
- Chill the caviar tin in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
- Prepare blinis or toast points and arrange on a serving platter.
- Place a small dollop of crème fraîche on each blini.
- Using a mother-of-pearl or non-metallic spoon, gently place caviar on top.
- Garnish with fresh chives and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
