In 1986, the Nagahi family, Persian immigrants with a deep-rooted passion for the finest caviar, opened the doors to Black Pearl Caviar in the elegant streets of Madrid. Having brought with them generations of knowledge from the Caspian Sea region—the ancestral home of the world's most exquisite caviar—they sought to share this unparalleled delicacy with Europe's most discerning palates.

What began as a small boutique in the Salamanca district has grown into a symbol of excellence, where tradition meets innovation. The Nagahi family's unwavering commitment to sourcing only the finest, highest quality caviar exclusively from Iran has established Black Pearl as a trusted name among Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and private collectors worldwide.

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan over low heat.
  3. Add cream and warm gently, then add a splash of pasta water.
  4. Drain pasta and add to the pan, tossing gently.
  5. Remove from heat and add half the caviar, tossing carefully.
  6. Divide pasta among warm plates.
  7. Top each serving with remaining caviar and garnish with chives.
  8. Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
